  • Vehicle circulation will be restricted along SH3 (Gracen village to TEG), Elbasan Road, Bajram Curri Blvd, Zhan D’Ark Blvd, and Deshmoret e Kombit Blvd.
  • Urban transport suspensions and diversions will affect lines 2, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 16, and others.
